Experienced Continuous Improvement and Chemical Management Leader with over 10 years in the airline industry, specializing in Lean manufacturing, quality systems, and advanced chemical lifecycle strategies. I have deep expertise in the approval, analysis, and metallurgical evaluation of aerospace chemicals—including composites, adhesives, sealants, primers, solvents, specialty compunds, and other critical materials. At Southwest Airlines - Technical Operation and prior to it, I applied a wide range of Lean tools—such as value stream mapping, kanban, operation line balance, OEE, TPM, 5S and a wide range of quality tools such as root cause analysis, fishbone diagram, pareto analysis, 8D and 5-Why Methodologies, all lean and Quality tools were applied during leading and faciliating Kaizen and Focused Improvenment Events —to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and drive continuous improvement in order to achieve the company strategic and financial goals. At Southwest Airlines, I’ve led key initiatives to establish shelf life extension and exemption programs to extend and exempt the shelf life of airline chemicals, achieving $4.66 million in realized and documented cost savings. With strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 standards, OSHA 1910, aerospace OEM specification and industry standard, cross-functional collaboration, and performance metrics, I focus on delivering sustainable cost savings, improved efficiency, and operational excellence across all business functions.
