People are constantly telling us what they want, how they want it and why they make a decision, the difficulty is not talking, but on the other side actively listening. It motivates me and makes me intrigued and curious, what do people want and how can I help promote it? Throughout my professional career, regardless of the company, I sought to be close to users to understand their journeys and the best opportunities for the business, connecting mutual interests to build something that generates impact. I like to study, to learn every day, whether, with traditional methods or just watching and meeting people, every exchange is valid and uplifting. Therefore, I always seek to dive into the activities I propose, using methodologies and studies, bringing my knowledge and dedication to help teams find the best solutions and understand how and why to prioritize a solution. I have been working with a focus on customer experience for over 10 years, working in several areas such as education, events, and technology, but always connecting the customer. Among my main functions I highlight: 4 years working with user experience with activities focused on Quality, Training, Negotiation, and alignments with third parties, Stakeholder management, a Communication plan for product launches, monitoring of results from the user's perspective, research processes, interview user interface, usability research, among others. I also highlight the entire process of identifying opportunities to make deliveries more impactful with artificial intelligence. Through the entire process of research, contact with suppliers, alignment of expectations and use of tools, I was able to change a manual process to an automated one, gaining scalability, time invested, fewer people involved, but more impacts. Through a market and future vision, I was able to work with quantitative and qualitative data in a broader and deeper way. I participated in product construction projects, from the initial conception, testing, launches, and follow-ups, using methodologies and making clear and aligned communication at all times with the Stakeholders. I used tools such as QuestionPro, Miro, Responsys, Office 365, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, UserTesting, Photohop, Adobe XD, Figma, Guru, Opportunity tree, Stilingue, Databricks, SQL, Jira, Agile Frameworks among others. I believe it is essential to have the customer around, and listen to them to align their needs, the business and the market, using tools, methodologies and much teamwork, it is possible to create amazing products with great impact.
