I’m a business and technology professional who has graduated with an MSc in Business Management from Dublin City University, building on prior experience as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. I bring a strong foundation in both strategic thinking and technical execution, shaped by my background in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from SASTRA University. At TCS, I worked on the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) for Marks & Spencer, where I helped streamline operations and enhance system performance — contributing to improved order processing and customer experience. This role sharpened my skills in process optimization, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration. I have a deep interest in solving complex business problems using data, technology, and strategic insights.
