I am Founder and CEO of Fenero, multi-award winning tax and financial experts, which includes our financial services subsidiary, Fenero Financial Services. We deliver specialist tax and payment management solutions for Ireland's contingent workforce of professional contractors and freelancers, helping businesses utilise the expertise of this important segment of the contingent workforce in a tax compliant manner. And for contractors, our tailored solutions and proprietary technology ensure they maximise their financial benefits of their work. Over 16 years in business we've helped thousands of contractors and freelancers; we now process over €200 million annually in payments for the contingent workforce - particularly in the tech, pharma, life sciences and financial sectors. Fenero has grown to a team of over 110, with international operations and the addition of Fenero Financial Services into our group. Our expertise and services are in finances, but people are always at the heart of absolutely all that we do. This means prioritising our team, our values and culture, and the experience of our customers above everything else. I am an Executive & Leadership Coach holding an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and have trained in Team Coaching at Practitioner Level. I'm a past participant in the Going for Growth programme (2015 to 2021) and EY's Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ programme in the EMEIA class of 2022. I've been delighted to be awarded AIBF Entrepreneur of the Year 2025, AIBF Professional Services Business Person of the Year 2024, Accountant of the Year 2020 (Irish Accountancy Awards), and shortlisted for CEO of the Year in the 2024 & 2022 IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year Awards.
