I am a digital specialist with 20 years’ experience covering strategic, operations, project and product management, commercial and regulatory credentials. I have worked for clients in a wide range of industries from financial services, government, telecoms, media, tourism, hospitality, food, drink and retail. I have developed and delivered digital strategies and transformation projects for businesses across the UK and Ireland. In the beginning of my career, I delivered firsts for businesses, their first website, mobile app or social media campaign all on a pursuit to increase their digital footprint. It has now developed into using digital as an enabler to transform how business is done through online booking systems, online quote and buy, to mobile security systems. It is an exciting industry to work in, nothing stands still as the speed of technology and consumer behaviour evolves at pace. Since joining Danske Bank, I have found a real passion for the financial industry and the great opportunities to transform the bank through digital channels, it’s an exciting place to be. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and believe that diversity and inclusion is not only good for business but vital for people to feel that sense of belonging regardless of different genders, backgrounds or ethnicity. Health and wellbeing is an important part of my life and I have always found a way to be active through various Sports Teams, Crossfit, Running and Pilates. I value the benefits this has brought to my work and family life. I am a qualified Pilates Instructor.
