I am a Director of Logistics at Active Apparel Group, a leading manufacturer of high-quality and innovative active apparel. With 15 years of global logistics management experience and an MBA degree in Global Supply Chain Management, I have the skills and knowledge to plan, execute, and monitor the efficient and effective movement of goods across the supply chain. In my current role, I lead a team of logistics specialists, and oversee the inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. I also leverage my expertise in supply chain analytics, problem solving, and attention to detail to identify and implement process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics. Furthermore, I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as 3PLs, distributors, brokers, and transportation providers, to build and maintain strong partnerships and ensure alignment with the company's goals and values.
