About Sini Hoffman

Continuous improvement is a mindset and a lifestyle. For me it is about doing my work today smarter than yesterday, reaching my best level in sports, especially golf, developing myself as a parent, expanding my social network while being a good friend for my closest ones and staying curious about the world. I have 9 years of experience in supply chain development roles where I have been privileged to drive results by applying continuous improvement. Currently I act as a project owner for industrial scale biogas development projects at Valio. Before entering this exciting role, I managed strategic projects within Renewables Products business in Neste. Prior to making a career jump to the oil and gas industry, I worked several years in the food industry managing digitalisation, sustainability and Lean six sigma projects, project portfolios, CAPEX process while being a member of Supply Chain leadership team contributing to the goals related to performance, finance, safety and people. International experience I have gained from working, living and studying in four different continents. Most importantly, continuous improvement allows me to step out of my comfort zone and take on new responsibilities with an open mind knowing that I will do good.
