I have moved from customer-facing roles into system development because I believe the best solutions are born at the intersection of business insight and structured thinking. I naturally focus on the bigger picture while keeping attention on detail - I can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and align work with real user value. I approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, always asking: What does the user truly need? Over the years this perspective has shaped how I break down problems and work with teams to deliver clarity, usability and impact. Now as a Product Owner I feel I’m finally working in a role where my curiosity, structure and collaborative spirit come together to turn ideas into real improvements. My goal is to grow further as a Product Owner and continue building solutions that support both business and people
