About Sining Pan

Creative Project Manager with experience across SaaS, fintech, and creative industries. I bring a unique foundation from my early career in VFX and media production, where I learned how to balance detail, deadlines, and creativity — skills I now apply to managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.Currently at Verizon, I manage campaigns from concept to delivery, aligning stakeholders, streamlining workflows, and keeping projects on track without losing the creative spark. My core strengths are workflow design, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and Agile delivery, all aimed at helping teams do their best work.I thrive at the intersection of process and creativity — where structure clears the path for ideas to shine. Always open to connect and share on creative operations, project delivery, and cross-industry collaboration.
