Established global multinational pooling process for all regions and have transitioned $3.37M USD of covered premium into pools (ongoing project) along with operating guidelines / standard work. Participated in the separation and stand up of US retirement plans and Canadian retirement (Fortive) and led these activities as well as Canadian benefits plans for a second company separation (Envista).
