Finding the potential of the executive, the team, and the organization unleashes the power and energy to get lasting results that matter. As a Co-President at Catapult, Siobhan C. Smith works with executives and organizations to strategically move their companies forward by capitalizing on the most valuable resource of any organization — its team of employees. Recognized as an innovative thinker in Organizational Development, she thrives when she is coaching leaders & organizations in building their capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving, and/or reinforcing relevant strategies and people systems. This includes Executive Coaching, Executive Leadership Development, Team Coaching, Organizational Coaching (culture, succession, strategy, etc.). Siobhan has spearheaded progressive Organizational Development initiatives inside progressive, global organizations for over 20 years before co-founding Catapult. She worked as an executive in First Niagara Financial Group, New Era Cap Company Inc, Perry’s Ice Cream, Lactalis Inc, and Cascades Inc. Since Catapult’s inception, Siobhan has worked with incredibly innovative clients including Cascades, Southwest Airlines, North Forest Office Space, Innovative Concepts in Entertainment (ICE), Nativity Miguel, Remedy Staffing Solutions, UB Department of Surgery, Silfab Solar, and more, partnering to find leadership development, executive development, and organizational development solutions. Siobhan is on the board of directors for WNY Women’s Foundation where she sits on the All In Committee.
