About Siobhan He

I started my career as a UX designer, where I was particularly passionate about accessibility for all and avoiding "the feature trap" and "feature rot" while still providing innovative features and services. I have experience working in a variety of creative work environments, but most extensively around website and progressive web-app design. I have since transitioned into a Product Management (with some project management responsibilities) role, but retain my passion for equal accessibility and enjoyable user experiences; it is my goal to give users and customers that 'Oh, wow' moment while also removing any roadblocks or hinderances to their experience. I constantly seek to expand my skills and knowledge, such as through online courses or workshops, so I can continue to support my team and company to the best of my abilities; I firmly believe that learning is an ongoing, never-ending process with benefits in both my professional and personal life. I believe in Lean and Agile methodologies with regular user studies and interviews, market analysis and research, and transparent communication with all levels of an organization; I believe that great products are a team effort and the best ideas can come from anywhere, so it is important to always be listening and always be part of a team.
