About Sion Yip

I am the Founder and CEO of INCUBASE Studio, an entertainment and experience curation company based in Hong Kong, dedicated to creating diverse IP-themed exhibitions that connect fandoms worldwide. Since our launch in 2021, we've curated popular experiences including the "One Piece - The Great Era of Piracy! Asia Tour", the immersive horror experience "The Conjuring Universe Tour", and the family-friendly "Peppa Pig Treasure Hunt Family Interactive Exhibition". As a passionate anime enthusiast, I strive to present captivating stories behind anime in engaging ways, allowing audiences to immerse themselves in their favourite worlds. In 2024, we launched INCUBASE Arena, the first anime cultural hub in Hong Kong, which blends exhibitions, events and merchandise to foster a vibrant anime community. This initiative expanded to Malaysia in early 2025. Also under the INCUBASE brand are INCUTix, our online ticketing platform, and INCUShop, offering a wide range of official anime merchandise. I led our INCUBASE team to have successfully introduced "The Big Bounce", the Guinness World Record-certified largest inflatable event, to Hong Kong as a premiere of its Asian tour, creating an annual celebration that people enjoyed the joyful moments of “bouncing together”. With over 20 years in brand development, interactive entertainment, and cinematic production, I have managed over 100 licensing projects. My vision blends education with entertainment, designing extraordinary experiences that enrich audiences.
