Background

About Siphelele X.

Bridging IT Operations, Cloud and Cybersecurity I'm a Junior IT Support Technician specializing in secure infrastructure management infrastructure management. Currently supporting enterprise environments at iSolv Technologies while pursuing a Higher Certificate in Cybersecurity at Eduvos, I combine hands-on system administration with a security-first mindset. My day-to-day involves managing hybrid Active Directory environments, securing Windows/Linux servers with CIS benchmarks, administering cryptographic equipment (HSMs), and leading vulnerability management initiatives. I architect security controls across cloud and on-premises infrastructure—from Azure AD conditional access policies to endpoint protection with Kaspersky Security Center. Beyond the help desk, I'm passionate about offensive security. I've earned Level 8 [HACKER] status on TryHackMe (4,308 points across 44+ rooms) and build penetration testing labs to understand attack vectors from both sides. With CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Microsoft Azure certifications, I'm focused on developing the technical depth needed to transition into dedicated cybersecurity roles. Based in Gauteng, I'm always interested in connecting with security professionals and exploring how defensive operations and offensive techniques inform each other.
