About Sirena Clark

As a life long helper and a motivated learner, I've been able to uniquely apply my personality, values, and skill set to a number of industries as a coordinator and lead. My love for multi-tasking, need to solve problems, support others, and avoid boredom, allows me to grasp all areas of support in any setting. From retail, education, small businesses and utility development I have honed my skills to be able to assess the needs of my employer, address gaps in their processes, and use my skills to streamline tasks and support my team. I am often chosen to spearhead new projects, including marketing campaigns, software and application integrations, new business strategies and more. My experience with small teams and businesses have set me up as a multi-functional asset comfortable with multiple roles within businesses. As a servant leader I love to find ways to build up those around me, help their confidence in their performance, and increase their ability to respond to our business needs through training, trust, and fun. I'm the happiest working with others but enjoy independent work as well and feel confident any industry would find me to be an asset to their team.
