If I had to trace back where it all began, it would be with my early fascination for electronics—the way systems responded, interacted, and worked in sync. That curiosity led me to study instrumentation engineering at Manipal University, where I dove into control systems and automation. I saw myself building smarter machines.But in my final year, a professor invited me to assist on a research project analyzing brand equity and customer protection on a major tourist destination. It wasn’t about circuits anymore—it was about people. Using tools like SPSS and Excel to run logistic regression models, I uncovered insights from customer behavior data. That project opened a new door. I realized data had the same precision I loved in engineering—but with the power to tell stories, influence strategy, and drive impact. That pivot changed everything.After graduating, I joined a fast-growing IT consulting firm as a business analyst, working with clients in education, healthcare, and enterprise. I helped transform raw data into meaningful insights that improved operations and supported sales teams. I loved the challenge of solving business problems and using data as a bridge between strategy and execution.Two years later, I pursued a master’s in business analytics at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. Beyond the coursework, I collaborated with internal teams—admissions, CRM, and onboarding—to streamline processes and enhance the student experience. My capstone project with Andersen Windows allowed me to partner with finance and operations teams to optimize inventory and cash flow, freeing up working capital through smarter decision-making.More recently, I’ve taken on freelance work, including helping an NGO-run wine store identify best-selling items and forecast seasonal trends. No matter the size of the organization, I’ve learned that thoughtful, actionable data makes a difference.Today, I’m looking for an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership—bringing together analytics, storytelling, and strategy to help teams optimize performance and fuel growth. I thrive where data meets decisions—and where there’s real impact to be made.
