About Sirkka Hoppula

With over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, I have developed a diverse set of skills and competencies that enable me to manage both online and offline sales channels, coordinate marketing activities lead and development projects i.e. ERP implementation, follow up tools, Add-on sales etc. I have worked for IKEA concern approx. 15 years in Finland, Sweden and in Italy. Additionally, I am the founder of a holiday rental web portal that operates a chain of 25-30 cottages with various outdoor activities and tourist guide services in three languages. I have successfully established co-operation with local governments, tourism organizations, and travel agencies to promote the region and attract visitors. Past 5 years I have worked as store manager for Cobello. In this role, I was responsible for implementing and training the ERP system, optimizing the e-commerce platform, overseeing the SEO and SEM strategies, steering the sales performance, and managing a group of eight employees. I am always enthusiastic about new challenges and innovations!
