I am a motivated and passionate professional who has contributed a lot to the humanitarian and development sectors for the last 15 years, I have blended experiences. My expertise spans a wide array of Program/Project Designing and Management: I excel at crafting and implementing impactful projects/ programs, drawing upon my strong skills in project/program management, planning, monitoring, evaluation, learning, and accountability; Research and Knowledge Management: I have a proven track record of leading research initiatives and managing complex projects/programs, ensuring effective implementation, achieving desired outcomes, organize learning and use it for intended purpose; Training and Capacity Strengthening: I am skilled in designing and delivering impactful training programs, empowering individuals and communities to strengthen their capacity and achieve their goals. Therefore, my work has directly benefited countless institutions, communities, and vulnerable individuals, including man-made and natural disaster-affected internally displaced persons, repatriates/migrants, children, adolescents, persons with disability, HIV/AIDS-affected and infected populations, unemployed youths, and underprivileged women and girls, I have been working to improve their through access to education, health care, gender equality, social inclusion, and economic opportunities so that they can reach their full potentials and ensure the right to development through right based advocacy. On top of these throughout my career, I have been committed in promoting human rights and the right to development through evidence-based advocacy and community-driven solutions. I am eager to bring my passion and expertise to a new role that aligns with my commitment to creating a more just and equitable world
