I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Osmania University, where I learned the fundamentals of organizational behavior, employee relations, and performance management. I have over six years of experience in sales and customer service roles, working with diverse and demanding customers across different industries and markets. In my previous role as a Sales Strategist at Regalix, I generated and maintained sales leads for a US-based pilot project, meeting quality and performance metrics, and handling difficult customer calls. I also worked as a Senior Engagement Expert at Synchrony, providing world-class customer service to credit card holders through inbound calling. I have developed skills in sales forecasting, communicating across cultures, bystander training, and problem-solving.
