About Siteng 马思腾

I am an M&A, real estate, and corporate strategy professional with 10+ years of experience. My expertise areas are real estate equity research, market entry, growth, consulting, institutional multifamily investment, short term rentals, hospitality (incl. serviced apartments), student accommodation, and proptech. In early 2023, I moved to Hong Kong to pursue opportunities in Asia post-COVID, believing that there would be a substantial economic boom like there was in the USA in 2022. I ended up at HKUST for my MBA, which I completed in Q1 2025.I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 2014, concentrating in real estate and operations & information management. In my spare time, I enjoy serving on the Associate Board of the Eisenberg Foundation, curling, golfing, playing kickball, traveling to unique destinations (e.g. Faroe Islands, Svalbard, Point Roberts (USA), Kish Island (Iran), Saipan, Gibraltar), exploring cuisine, finding the best night markets in Asia, eating all of the dim sum in Hong Kong, and investing in the Hong Kong and US stock markets.
