I am solution driven and due to my technical skills, I can make decision independently while I seek compliance to IT requirements. I have vast amount of experience within IT environment. This experience is made of 20 years of which 14 years of that was spend in Management. I have track records of developing teams, nurturing and coaching them to be effective performing teams. These are achieved through passionate IT Governance and Technology outlook which seeks to improve Business Processes throughout the Value Chain. I have demonstrated, taken initiatives, successfully implemented improvements in ICT Service desk and processes to be aligned with IT Governance framework. I am valued as a solution-focused manager of service desks and entrench compliance to IT systems access management, user support functions and technology projects. I have good understanding and knowledge of ITIL methodology, COBIT and best practice in aligning IT and Business objectives.
