With a solid foundation in grants management and operations management, my work spans over 18 years, focusing on research funding and supporting civil society organisations working in public health rights and issues. At the core of my efforts lies a commitment to supporting organisations aimed at improving equitable access to health and educational services for all in a world where people can enjoy our human rights and live in dignity. My focus has been on implementing robust financial management processes and enhancing grants and compliance systems. I am a strategic and analytical thinker and have worked with various stakeholders in the South African public sector and in the international global health space, as well as establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with both national and international donors and partners both in public projects and projects with civil society organisations. My competencies in programmatic budgeting, financial reporting, and proposal writing have been instrumental in securing successful fundraising proposals and streamlining payment processes. With a skill set grounded in operations management and business process optimization, I am committed to driving the organization's mission forward with integrity and efficiency.
