Daily Work Management for Achieving Production Target.Production Plan Analysis Manpower Deployment as Per Production Plan.Estimation & analysis of Manpower Requirement for different setups & training to them for efficient operation of plant.Monitoring Day to Day Production activities and report to Production head.Preventive Action POKA YOKE & KAIZEN Implementation.Shift Planning for manpower to adhere Production Schedule & control Absenteeism.Internal 5S auditor, BBS observer and fire fighter. Automanons maintenance. I ensure availability & Provide the PPE's as per requirements in department Daily department round regarding safety observation review Conducting various training on safety (Chemical Handling, Fire & Safety). Compliance Audit Requirements (department committee, plant Safety committee) Conducting internal safety Audit.
