Background
About Skip Sharrer
IT Professional for 30+ years providing gamut of technology needs to businesses including application development, networking design/support, telephony, content management, application support, and other products/services in the computing arena. The TAC Group has a particular focus on providing outsourced proactive technology services for small and medium-sized businesses within a managed technology agreement. SoluVista focuses on point solutions, providing optimal products to address specific needs such as telephony, bandwidth management, virtualization, and storage needs, to name a few. ShareVista focuses on programming projects, with an emphasis in fabrication software. Our focus is to examine the business processes of each client and then work back to the best set of tools to optimize the business, making such decisions as cloud or premise, custom app or off-the-shelf, spam service or device, and so forth. The biggest difficulty is navigating the technology landscape rather than the implementation of it. Specialties: IT Service Level Agreements, Custom Application Development, Microsoft Application Support (e.g. Exchange, SQL, etc.), Virtualization, Networking Design/Support, Content/Bandwidth Management, and Telephony
