About Skipper Burns
I retired from Gordon State College on December 31, 2018. Raising funds for student needs was quite rewarding. Seeing student’s excitement at being rewarded a scholarship is an unbelievable experience. I thank the College for allowing me this opportunity. I am now enjoying some free time and working on my Pottery skills (YES, I am a potter) and helping Santa in the Christmas season. I have also made several attempts at starting a book on Customer Service. In the future, on LinkedIn, look for posts with some of my ideas of how to improve your customer service. REMEMBER: Customer service is all we have to sell and provide. There are many suppliers of the products we sell or the services we offer.Superior Customer Service is what takes you from good to great!
