Experienced Lead Software Engineer with over 16 years developing quality, secure software in the fintech space. I've architected solutions, lead teams, and built scalable systems to solve a wide array of problems, from an in-house secondary marketing platform for Fremont Bank to automated testing suites for Ensenta to provider ranking algorithms for ServiceChannel to a complete compliance service for Human Interest. I love solving vital business problems, take a strong sense of ownership over anything I touch, and always work to make it and the company the best they can be. I can code in basically anything in the MS suite (Foxpro to.NET Core and everything in between), Typescript, Node.JS, SQL, NoSQL, Go, Python, a little Rust, and am always excited to learn new things. I am also experienced safely and professionally handling birds of prey up to and including golden eagles, caring for large reptiles and mid-sized mammals (nothing larger than a bobcat or porcupine, please), creating and performing wildlife shows, writing and publishing fantasy novels, and creating professional-scale cosplay. Most of these skills don't often come into play, but you never know. I'm always a hit at office Halloween parties.
