About Sky Florence

With over six years of combined education and work experience in computer software, engineering and programming, I am a passionate and driven person who strives to excel in both academic and professional settings. I currently work as a UI/UX Designer & BSA for London Hydro, where I work on the design of the user interface for the SPARK user portal project, and assist in other business needs. As a software engineering student, I developed strong skills in HTML5, full-stack development, problem solving, and web design, which I applied in various projects and internships. A summer engineering intern at Honda Canada, where I assisted in the manufacturing of the Honda Civic, and as an IT programmer assistant at County of Simcoe, where I supported the web design team and performed IT troubleshooting tasks. Through these experiences, I have learned to work effectively in teams, communicate clearly, and deliver quality results.
