About Sky Griffeth

Through Gods grace and hard work I have been blessed with 8+ years of opportunities in hands on construction experience. From single family remodels to multimillion dollar commercial projects. Starting as a residential laborer at 18. I transitioned to commercial carpentry at 19, and project lead by 20. Developed into lead carpenter at 22, and Project Manager by 23. ‘Side jobs’ and personal investments manifested into self employment at 24. I have been able to stack time in my favor to learn and develop skills well beyond the typical 40 hour workweek, and multiply my experience beyond the vague description of “years in the work force”. From 30+ hour work shifts, or hanging drywall at 3 am; countless hours have been put into nights, weekends, and holidays. Which lay the ground work for me to confidently execute my craft with the best of them. The more I learn, the more I grasp the complexity and depth of knowledge available in this industry. My social downfalls become my professional assets in my intransigent focus on craftsmanship, and meticulous obsession about details. I boast dual knowledge in the field, combined with job costing, project and data management, and quality control. Along with certification experience in PMP, and Michigan General Contractors Licensing. My greatest pride is being a father, which has developed my focus on setting foundations beyond the job site, that will exceed my lifetime. Current focus is on investing, and building a future that self sustains when I can not. Experienced in working in investment rehabilitation, and actively searching for real estate investing opportunities. My goal is to share, and retain knowledge through like minds devoted to building a brighter future.
