About Sky Malone

As an Apheresis TR1 at American Red Cross, I applied my communication and organization skills to update donor records, make reminder and scheduling calls, and address donor concerns. I worked in this role since June 2022, after gaining experience in the food and beverage and blood bank sectors. In my recent work experience, I have contributed to increasing the number of platelet donations and donor retention by using targeted lead generation strategies, coordinating the mailing of apology cards, and providing excellent customer service. I was motivated by the mission of the American Red Cross to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies, and I value the opportunity to work with a diverse and supportive team that shares this vision. I believe that I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the organization, as I have worked in different settings and industries, and have developed a strong rapport with donors and customers.
