I started my career as a Front Desk Representative at Airtel, where I provided sales and support services to customers. I then joined Delstep Pvt. Ltd.(HUMhain), a start-up company that offers delivery and logistics solutions, where I held multiple roles, such as Customer Care Representative, Merchant Support Executive, and Delivery Manager. I gained valuable skills in managing customer relations, generating leads, resolving complaints, and supervising delivery operations.
