I’m an IT professional with 15+ years of diverse experience including strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. My extensive background is in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud), ServiceMax, Applications Support, Client Success, Server Support and ERP Systems along with Software Upgrades and Installs while working in an Agile environment. My day to day role allows me to multitask systems and applications while researching and resolving a variety of complex technical issues, building new functionality, updating and supporting existing features and delivering solutions. I'm a strong team player with exceptional communication skills who regularly contributes to inter-departmental collaboration along with a wide-range of client and business stakeholder relations experience. I’ve worked on Software upgrade projects and deployments for small and large enterprise clients, along with internal business groups while working closely with IT and business managers, successfully bringing them to current application release levels.
