Background
About Skye Martin
Innovative and resourceful Public Affairs Officer for the United States Marine Corps. Passionate, conscientious leader and team builder. Well-versed in national and international media engagement. Speech writer for keynote addresses attended by distinguished leaders, to include Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Senator John McCain and numerous members of Congress. My passion for singing has presented unscripted opportunities to connect with others through a shared love of the Marine Corps and the power of music to bring people together, providing a unique way to share my experiences in the Marine Corps and to encourage others to pursue their interest in serving. I was requested by name to sing in support of several events, including the nationally televised NFL Pro Bowl 2016 and San Francisco 49ers Marine Corps Reserve Centennial Game 2016, MLB Mariner's Opening Day 2016, the Blue Angels Flight Demonstration at the Los Angeles County Air Show 2016, multiple San Diego Padres games in 2014 and in 2017, the Richard M. Nixon Presidential Library's annual Gold Star Families and Memorial Day commemoration ceremonies, and in support of Marine Weeks Phoenix and Nashville.
