She has a unique wealth of knowledge for curating amazing inclusive communities, inspiring change, and developing authentic leaders. Under her business, CBS Creative & Consulting, LLC. she works with organizational leaders and entry to mid-level managers with large corporate brands such as Nike and Metlife, on how to enrich their leadership capacity while creating impactful, authentic, and psychologically safe spaces for their teams. Skye is currently servicing clients through team development, hybrid workplace inclusion workshops, and leadership coaching, consulting, and facilitation to empower high-performing organizational leaders and teams. A digital media & entertainment brand that connects multi-generational African creatives through multimedia products, resources, and experiences. From working in high education as an administrator to Skye impacting a series of multi-million dollar startups such as Travel Noire and WeWork. Skye has stayed true to her mission of authentically showing up as herself, transforming the culture of all organizations she has participated in, and her commitment to developing confidence and leadership qualities in women and leaders of color. She has a unique knack for inspiring her team and leading key initiatives to drive impactful local partnerships. She was instrumental in introducing Tampa to WeWork and opening its first location in 2019. Outside of work, she loves to travel, meet new people, and give back by consulting, mentoring & coaching others.
