At Autometry, I help shape product-market fit, develop core IP, and design recruiter-facing features powered by GPT-based agentic AI systems. My focus is always on driving measurable outcomes: onboarding speed, adoption, retention, and time-to-value. I work hands-on across prompt engineering, agentic workflow design, CRM integration, customer journey mapping, and UX — translating customer insight directly into product decisions and technical execution. My path into product is unique: I started in Product Design at university, taught design and engineering in education, co-founded and built operational systems for a successful business, and have since focused on AI-powered product development — blending customer experience leadership with hands-on product ownership. Across industries — education, construction, hospitality, and SaaS — I’ve consistently delivered complex solutions by connecting user needs, data, and technical execution. Outside of work, I’m a dog lover, fantasy reader, and always planning the next adventure — whether it’s exploring the countryside, relaxing by the sea, or skiing in the mountains.
