I am an Associate Project Manager at American Eagle Outfitters Inc, where I manage and oversee various projects related to manufacturing, quality, and customer satisfaction. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, with a focus on business administration and management. I have a strong background in hospitality and service, having worked as an Operations Manager at Olive Garden for four years, and as an RCA at the General Post Office for one year. In my current and previous roles, I have demonstrated my skills in communication, social networking, and manufacturing process improvement. I have successfully implemented and executed new product rollouts, created and presented performance reviews, built strategic initiatives, resolved conflicts, and engaged in diverse and high-intensity tasks. I have also increased service performance and customer satisfaction, organized and coordinated schedules, and collected and analyzed feedback. I am motivated by delivering excellence, innovation, and value to my customers and my team. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I can bring a fresh and diverse perspective to any project. I am eager to collaborate with and support others, and to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
