I’m a versatile operations and training leader with a proven track record of building foundational systems from the ground up in the retail and fulfillment space. Since joining Feature Sneaker Boutique in 2019, I’ve grown from a Sales Associate to spearheading first-ever roles as both Inventory Manager and Training Manager. I specialize in developing scalable training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cross-functional warehouse workflows that drive efficiency and performance.Over the years, I’ve led the creation of company-wide training handbooks for all store-level and HQ positions, implemented a 30-60-90 onboarding model with retention tracking, and played a key role in the successful launch of multiple new store locations. Most recently, I’ve taken on a hybrid role overseeing Training and Slotting (Putaway) operations across multiple facilities—supporting frontline teams while systematizing backend functions to improve logistics and throughput.Whether on the sales floor, in the warehouse, or in a leadership meeting, I bring a process-driven mindset, an eye for operational clarity, and a passion for helping teams thrive.
