About Skyler Hill

Being a Walmart cashier is exactly what you'd think it's like. I'm a coworker to some of the nicest people with more patience than most people have on a daily basis! If you want something done or you have questions, you come to me and I'll do my best to help in any way I can. Although that's a difficult job to help others, I strive to help my coworkers grow with me to better the company at every possible turn! Luckily, I'm organized and patient with new people while progressing my knowledge by the day. It brings so much happiness to me to see other people smile at my jokes or feel relieved from my help. I find peace in knowing that doing my job at Walmart and other places of my life can relieve the stress of others. I pride myself in being kind-hearted and willing to give the shirt off my back to someone in need. When I'm not at work or doing college work, I'm at home playing video games, reading manga, baking or drawing graphic designs on my iPad. I've been an artist for going on 9 years now, it's become more than a hobby as I create stunning graphics for my gaming partners to use for their streaming channels, Twitter, and other platforms. The passion and drive I put into my hobbies resonates into the positive attitude I establish in the workplace! I truly love my hobbies, and would love to someday have a job where I could let my passions shine! I started baking at a young age with my grandmother and found a passion in sharing my talents to bring a warm smile to people's faces. Whether it was birthday parties, family events, or school bake sales and competitions, I was there right away to help! I hope to someday acquire a job in a bakery position to learn and help the community become a bright and beautiful place full of smiles from the food I help to make. The most important lesson I learned from my grandmother was that you miss every shot you don't take. That’s why I followed my dreams to UCA, and someday I hope to make the world a better place by sharing one smile at a time. Feel free to reach out if you ever need any support, advice, or if you want to just share a laugh and get a task done together!
