In all my work, I work from the heart. Simple as that. At the same time, I believe that the most meaningful organizational transformation happens when people strategy, leadership maturity, and culture evolve together. My approach is a blend of expertise and authenticity. I bring the same level of care whether I’m coaching leaders to unlock their potential or shaping environments where people can grow, contribute, and thrive. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of people strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation, helping organizations align culture, leadership capability, and business priorities. Sometimes this work is about big HR questions—culture change, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and building strong leadership pipelines. Other times, it’s about being a trusted sounding board for leaders navigating complexity, transition, and growth. With more than 15 years of experience across human resources, organizational development, and leadership development, I design and lead initiatives that connect people, culture, and business strategy in complex corporate environments. My work centers on building strong people ecosystems that enable organizations to grow through capable leaders, engaged employees, and resilient cultures. Throughout my career I have contributed to areas such as: • HR strategy and organizational development • leadership capability building and talent development • culture, engagement, and people experience • succession planning and leadership pipeline development • executive coaching and leadership effectiveness I have worked closely with senior leaders and leadership teams, supporting them in navigating transformation, strengthening leadership culture, and translating strategy into meaningful people initiatives. Alongside my corporate work, I am currently deepening my academic path in psychology, exploring how emotional patterns, motivation, and self-awareness shape leadership and organizational dynamics.
