Currently serving as Mechanical Supervisor – Maintenance & Reliability at PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia, with 27+ years of professional experience in the oil & gas industry (LNG, Refinery, Gas Processing and EPC). Specialized in mechanical discipline (rotating & static equipment) across a wide spectrum of facilities, including onshore and offshore installations, FPSO, LNG plants, Oil Refineries, and Gas Processing Plants. Core expertise includes: Mechanical Maintenance Management – troubleshooting, preventive & corrective programs, turnaround/shutdown execution, and reliability enhancement. Project Execution – planning, scheduling, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of new and upgraded facilities. Major Equipment Overhaul – extensive experience with gas turbines, compressors, pumps, expander compressors, and other critical rotating assets. Proven expertise in LNG and gas processing operations and maintenances, including APx liquefaction (MCHE/SCHE), GENP Frame 9 DLN gas turbines, Selexol AGR units, and UOP molecular sieve dehydration. NGL recovery, C3/MR/N₂ refrigeration systems, and companders (EBARA & APCI). Strong background in HRSG and combined-cycle power generation, delivering safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. Extensive hands-on and supervisory experience in SRU - Sulfur Recovery Unit operations and maintenance, covering Claus process reactors, thermal oxidizers, waste heat boilers, condensers, burners, and incinerators. SCM & Inventory Management – spare parts strategy, materials planning, inventory optimization, and maintenance cost control. A key contributor to PETRONAS’ major upstream projects in Indonesia, particularly in Ketapang Bukit Tua Fields (Offshore East Java), as well as flagship developments such as: Bukit Tua Oil & Gas Field Development (Phase 1 & 2B) Condensate Evacuation Project – Onshore Receiving Facility, Gresik (East Java) I am deeply committed to driving operational excellence, maximizing plant reliability, and leading maintenance strategies that enable safe, efficient, and sustainable operations in today’s competitive energy landscape.
