About Me: Passionate Software Lead and Developer with strong interests in UX and computer graphics. Enthusiastically geeky about learning new technologies. To geeks: Outside of "traditional web development" I am interested in: Cross-platform high-performance visualization - I am interested in challenges that require APIs like WebGL, WebGPU, low-level Flutter APIs, etc. My focus is high-performance visualization, XR, UI, etc but NOT games. Rust - want to become fluently comfortable working with it. Love it, and want to find justifiable use cases to use it in production. WebAssembly - I am more interested in it as isolated, secure, and lightweight containers embeddable into host applications. Playing around with Rust/Wasmer pet project trying to make efficient async host wasm data transferring.
