I am a Program/Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in delivering SAP projects and over 30 years of experience in ERP consulting business. I have been involved in all aspects of HR implementation from training and blueprinting to go-live and production support. I have acquired a strong competence in analyzing, managing and delivering challenging projects both in US and Canada, and various other aspects integral to the successful completion of a SAP HR project. I have a strong technical background developed from varied hands-on project experiences and SAP courses. In my 25 year SAP consulting career, I have developed a high level of SAP technical expertise which I successfully use on the projects. I know how to maintain a strategic focus coupled with attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach. My strengths lie in applying my technical skills to set up and guide my team through aggressive but realistic timelines and my ability to communicate with all levels of the project’s organization.
