About Slawomir Zajac

Avid football fan, dedicated to delivering the highest quality of coaching, offering a professional and enthusiastic approach. Training children is an incredibly fulfilling activity for me - I started as a volunteer Football Coach in 2017 in Altofts Juniors AFC. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience of planning and delivering fun and engaging sessions, effectively relating to children of various abilities and backgrounds, encouraging them to develop a positive mental attitude, through motivation and encouragement, building their confidence and helping them to recognise their strengths. Everything I do is driven by my passion for football and coaching, and I am always on the lookout for more opportunities to participate in further coaching-related activities, to support my personal and professional development. To date, I have completed FA Level 2 in Football Coaching,FA Level 1 qualifications in Football Coaching, Coaching Goalkeepers, and Talent Identification; and FA First Aid; FA Safeguarding Children; and FA Playmakers training, and I am currently working towards on Level 4 in Strenght and Conditioning Origym Level 2 in Fitness Instructing. I would welcome the chance to build any further connections in this area, that will support me towards my goal of becoming a full-time Football Coach.
