I currently serve as the Interim Executive Director of a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing technology education and innovation. In this role, I lead with a strategic, community-centered approach, overseeing programs, managing operations, and building partnerships that expand access to tech education for students across Bermuda. Alongside this, I am a passionate Restorative Practitioner with over eight years of experience creating healing-centered environments within schools and communities. I bring a unique blend of leadership, restorative justice expertise, and tech advocacy to every space I enter. Known for being resourceful, adaptable, and highly organized, I thrive in complex and fast-paced environments. I’m experienced in coordinating and planning a wide range of events and activities, and I pride myself on my ability to absorb new ideas quickly and work collaboratively with diverse teams. Whether I’m developing programs, facilitating restorative circles, or championing community initiatives, I am deeply committed to driving positive change and empowering others.
