With a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and over 7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, and sourcing, I am a staffing and consulting leader who leads the internal recruitment process at Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI), a firm that provides IT and non-IT solutions to various industries. In my current role as Assistant Team Lead, I leverage my strong technical background and skills in.net and C to find and place the best candidates for diverse roles, such as QA, BA, BDM, Android, IOS developer, PHP, etc. I use multiple channels and platforms to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, and I negotiate compensation fitment and verify documents. I have also handled critical leadership requirements and international hiring for the organization, including the Philippines.
