About Smit Bhatt

Hi, I'm Smit Bhatt. Throughout my journey, I have been passionate about understanding an organization’s desired outcomes and pain points, strategizing objectives into actionable roadmaps, developing solutions in code, and actively seeking feedback to drive continuous improvement. I have always been fascinated by how expertly crafted products deliver exceptional user experiences. My technological journey began with a degree in computer engineering, where I was introduced to web development, software design, machine learning, database management, and blockchain, and had the opportunity to build real-world, end-to-end projects. As a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in the Government and Public Services sector, I witnessed firsthand how data analysis and technical interpretation, combined with business acumen, can create personalized experiences and drive digital transformation. As a Salesforce Developer, I worked at the intersection of technology, business, and people—helping to replace three client legacy systems with Salesforce and reducing 53 manual processes. These experiences, along with my academic background, have inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in management information systems at Texas A&M University, with the goal of advancing my career in techno-management roles. Outside of work, I enjoy attending music festivals, watching thriller movies, riding motorcycles, and hitting the gym. I believe that great ideas often emerge from unexpected places and interacting with a diverse group of people—even about everyday topics—energizes me.
