Started professional career with Reliance Industries Ltd at Jamnagar location. Trained and took independent charge as a manager in the operations of the Hydrogen Manufacturing complex. Experienced various field activities, job execution, multiple startup shutdown, and catalyst loading-unloading activities. Promoted to next level profile as Senior Manager, Technologist in Technical Services Hydrogen and Hydroprocessing Dept. Involved in troubleshooting, process engineering, scheme development, Startup-shutdown activities, and Catalyst performance-selection-loading activities. Aware of process safety management. Hand-on experience with simulators like HTRI, PHAST, ASPEN, and PetroSIM. To explore the Technology licensing domain, joined Honeywell UOP and worked as a Technology Manager of Hydroprocessing. My major role was estimating yields, selecting catalysts, and preparing proposals for upcoming projects. During my tenure, I have worked with the Sales, Engineering, and R&D teams of various geography to prepare proposals for the DHT/NHT Technology licensing projects. Currently working as Refinery Consultant with Proclink, a Strategy & Management Consulting firm. Helping refineries to transform in digital space and providing supply chain solutions for the refineries. Prepared RFP for implementing OMS for one of the European clients, performed basic engineering study and economic evaluation for new facility and terminal development projects for one of the major refiners of Europe, performed benchmarking in the Logistics area of the refinery as part of a supply chain enhancement project for the European refiner, worked on strategy projects for Asian and African refinery clients in the Operations domain, audited supply chain models (PIMS/APS) for one of the major refiners in the middle eastern region, supported AspenTech applications for one of the major refiners of the US. Currently developing supply chain models (Spiral Plan) for one of the major refiners of India.
