I currently lead the Digital sales,Service to Sales (up-sell) function at Bharti AXA Life Insurance along with heading 2 zones for direct channel in the company, where I am responsible for delivering revenue through different customer cohorts. I currently contribute ~100 crs+($11 mn) to the company's top line. I have a proven track record of driving organic growth, retail distribution, and operations transformation initiatives, working directly with the CEO and other senior leaders. I have also received multiple awards for my performance and contributions, including the CEO's Excellence Award twice.
