I work across Debt Capital Market, FinTech laws and Securities law. I am closely involved in rupee denominated bond transactions involving issue of listed / unlisted and secured / unsecured non-convertible debentures including the issue of plain vanilla bonds and complex and structured products.I have been involved in advising clients on various SEBI regulations, regulatory advice and legislative framework relating to compliance in FinTech and green bonds space. I have been an active member in advising on matters involving foreign portfolio investment in debt segment in India. At the firms securities practice, my expertise lies in providing structuring and advisory assistance to corporates and financial institutions for raising borrowings by way of debt and structured products. I regularly advise clients on regulatory requirements applicable to (including in relation to investments to be made by) alternative investment funds and foreign portfolio investors.I also contribute in advising clients on various securities law issues and general securities advisory involving an interplay of multiple jurisdictions and legal systems.Besides, I also cater in providing advisory to offshore banks in relation to the analysis of permitted activities of investment advisory and marketing activities, in India in consideration of the applicable Indian laws.My expertise and attention to detail have earned me a reputation as a trusted counsel in the industry.
