I also work on local and international partnerships to grow sales and brand recognition. As a chartered accountant, I personally oversee the company's accounts and tax compliance. In addition, I am a partner at H S V J & Co, where I leverage my bachelor's degree in business/commerce and my skills in income tax, GST, audit, and consultancy to provide financial services to clients in the real estate sector. I have extensive experience in project financing and loan servicing, dealing with various banks and NBFCs. I also offer full RERA consultancy, ensuring timely compliance for more than 50 projects. I have successfully represented my clients in the honorable court and obtained multiple certifications and an appraisal certificate to demonstrate my expertise. I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and generate value for the business.
