Responsibilities: I make sure Amazon streaming devices, Digital applications and Gaming platforms function smoothly to provide a seamless experience while viewing and interacting with an app. On a regular day at work, I assign and review regular testing activities and conduct scrums to track work progress. I also report and communicate applications that provide bad user experience to respective development teams/partners. I extend my support for testing too whenever there's any critical, blocker issues or JIRAs reported. I am a frequent contributor in providing user acceptability testing for multiple internal tools, and Amazon shopping app. In this role, I've also worked on automating routine testing processes within the team. I continue to work as an SME for the process and even provide KTs and trainings to the new hires/new process joiners. Editing, Updating and Maintaining the SOP for Amazon Fire TV. Achievements: Awarded the top-performer in my first quarter of joining the role and received many similar awards ever since. Recognized for my contributions in many critical premium app launches for either extended market places, critical bug fixes or device additions. Received many accolades from multiple SA/BD for partner apps and peers for my Ownership, Customer Obsession, Bias for Action, Right a lot and Dive deep qualities. Awardee for Ideating 5 automation campaigns for areas that had the potential to provide a better customer experience. Designed 2 brand new layouts based on user data which were accepted and are ongoing projects. Revamped the SOP to provide a more accessible and better user experience.
